Steve and Brooke Schlange
Steve and Brooke relocated to Spokane from northern California in March of 2007. They put an offer on a home in October, 2006 and it closed in early December. On top of handling the basic real estate transaction, I also dealt with an asbestos situation in the home and I set up a rent-back with the original owner so that the home would not sit empty before they arrived in the spring.

Kenner French
Dustin Greenup was so enthusiastic and energetic in helping me purchase some investment property. Dustin helped me on every aspect of the transaction, which was so important because I was an out of town investor and only saw the property one time. He worked long and hard and kept me in good communication with pictures, emails and calls to a point I didn’t feel it was necessary to come over for closing. Dustin stayed on top of the market to a point where when we finally made an offer on the house we eventually bought, he was discerning and wise to know how to structure the offer to get it accepted by the seller. He acted quickly and in our best interest. Best part of the deal is that the property appraised significantly higher then what we bought it for. Thanks for helping make that happen Dustin!
